Our return and exchange policy details
We are happy to offer a full refund minus postage costs for up to 30 days from date of purchase provided the sling is in new condition. If the sling was purchased when pregnant, is in new condition and is in a colour that we still stock, we may agree to extend this period.
If you want to exchange your sling for another size or colour, this is easily done:
Just return the sling to the A.C.T. address stated on this website under contacts
(← see contact us), along with a note stating what colour/size you would like instead and we will arrange it for you.
Please check colour options, especially if you need to go up in sizing, for availability on our website before returning your sling to us.
Always remember to include contact details, including your phone number in case we need to contact you.
You are more than welcome to cover the postage costs with included stamps or a stamped self addressed envelope along with your sling, and this is greatly appreciated, but it is not a requirement.
