and exchange policy details
You are entitled to a "no
questions asked" return
of your sling
for up to 60 days from date of purchase. You get a full
refund, minus postage costs, within this time.
(If the sling was acquired
when pregnant, if it is still brand new and of a colour
that we still list we might agree to extend that policy
up to a certain value).
If you want to exchange
your sling for
another size or colour, this is easily done:
Just return the sling to the address stated on this
website under contacts

us),
along with a
note stating what colour/size you would like instead
and we will arrange it for you.
Please check colour options, especially if you need to
go up in sizing, for availability on our website before
returning your sling to us.
Always remember to include contact details, including
your phone number in case we need to contact you.
You are more
than welcome to cover the postage costs with included
stamps or a stamped self addressed envelope along with
your sling, and this is greatly appreciated, but it is
not a requirement.
